IBM Quantum Nighthawk r2 Arrives on the IBM Quantum Platform

IBM announced that the second revision of its Nighthawk quantum processor is now available on the IBM Quantum Platform. The chip retains the 120-qubit square lattice introduced in the first Nighthawk revision and adds an independent, high-speed qubit reset (which reduces the default repetition delay from 250 microseconds to 1 microsecond).

CrowdStrike Falcon Guardian: AI Agent Security at the Endpoint

CrowdStrike announced its new Falcon Guardian at Fal.Con 2026 in Las Vegas, extending its Falcon platform to secure AI agents on managed endpoints. The offering adds AI agent discovery, runtime visibility, access controls, and detection and response to CrowdStrike’s existing AI Detection and Response (AIDR) product line.
